My name is Merissa Rachal, MSN, RN. I am the founder and owner of the faith-based concierge nursing business, Graceful Care. I am a dedicated registered nurse with a strong foundation in patient-centered care. I began my nursing journey at Tyler Junior College, earning my Associate Degree in Nursing in 2015. I later advanced my education, completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018 and my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management in 2020. Over the past decade, I have gained diverse clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, home health and hospice, and nurse care management. Each of these roles has deepened my passion for providing compassionate, individualized care. Today, after 10 years of service in nursing, I am stepping forward in faith to pursue my calling in faith-based concierge nursing. My mission is to provide personalized, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care in the comfort of each client’s home. I aim to bridge the gap between healthcare and daily living by offering accessible, trustworthy, and holistic support that empowers clients to live healthier, fuller lives. My vision is to redefine personalized nursing by becoming the trusted choice for individuals and families seeking compassionate, high-quality care at home. I aspire to empower clients to thrive with independence, comfort, and dignity- bridging healthcare and daily living with grace. Through advocacy, innovation,and excellence, I aim to set the standard for concierge nursing and inspire confidence in every life I touch.
